Ultimet Man is well… A met. So He acts much like one.

Nope. No sound here. Just a gif animation. (I don't know or have Flash. I don't even have working speakers right now…)
And the winner is… Morph Man! With Adapt Man in a very close second. And Dream “Man” in third.

Wily gave him the ability to talk. However Ultimet isn't confortable talking any other langauge than Met. So he only beeps.

Hehe, Mega should actually get one of those anime sweatdrops with matching pose when UltimetMan ducks in his shield. I mean, He's doing that threating pose, he charges at Mega... only to duck in his helmet.

I do have a gif animator. Which suffices for most animations.

About the life bar... I decided not to fill it. Because I have to transfer via Floppy disk to a computer with internet access. And most of my floppies are rather full right now. I'll fill the life bar on the next ones. I feel a lot of need to animate in this comic. Some things just work so much better animated. There was a few sequences earlier that would have been down right awesome to animate. Like when Vile took a shot for Roll.

I think you forgot to fill up the lifebar after he comes in. Really, Impressive, not much people feel the need to animate some of their comics. just one of those little extra things that make this comic just more of 'that'.
