Okay, here is what I've got so far....
1) only the main two guys can see the demon ninjas.
2) demon ninjas look scared and freaky because they are disolving for some reason.
3) Demon ninjas look bad ass.
MadMinkInk: Wow, thank you! I discovered Denizens recently and love what you're doing with art and story... so I'm stoked if you're somehow movtivated to work on it. (both for the compliment that is, and for the fact that I get to see more of your work ):]
Cyberdog: Thank you. I keep trying to experiment and grow as I keep working on Timeloss.
great stuff! i'v been feeling sort of out of touch lately but this makes me want to get back to my comic and draw some more =) thank you!
i'll be watching this ^__^
Theorah: 'Shapely emphasized drawing style?' You-- you just made my afternoon... thank you! I agree; I've found it easier to integrate the hand-lettered versions into my artwork. I think I'll have fun experimenting more with them now I'm treating them as art.
Jonko: Nice to see you again! I hope you had a great trip. Thanks for the feedback, I'll see if I can emphasize the sound effects a little more while still keeping them balanced. :]
Ryan_Scott: The classic fist-wave! My Dad does that too.... weird. Thanks for the comment and rating.
Istaerlus: Thank you. Some things are easier to script than visualise - I had to spend some time thinking about how I could show something dissolve. :]
hand lettered works better, means even letters/words can be treated as art and a way to help tell the story, and the way you've drawn them is very in keeping with your shapely emphasized drawing style :)
Blntmaker: I wondered if someone might comment while I was replying to all the others... heh.
Creepy, scrawled out onomatopoeia? That's my handwriting, I'll have you know! Haha, thanks for the comment. I'm glad the sound lettering worked out. :]
Doctor Shadow: Thank you. I'm still getting my head around sound effects, but approaching them more as part of the artwork is helping a bit.
SlideStudios: Thank you. I try not to hurry pages when I don't have to.
Huge Maximo: Thank you for the rating.
Default Nick: Thank you! It was a bit of a pain trying to plan out how I could show disintegration visually. I'm glad it came across.
DAJB: Thank you. Please also copy and paste those words and apply them to yourself and your work!
Lautaro: Good suggestion, I think I will. I'm still a new area for me now.
Amanda: Sad but perhaps also a relief to see him go? I'd hate to see anyone dissolve in front of me too, though. ;] Thanks for the comment and rating.
N_Y_Japlander: Absolutely! I'd hate to see someone dissolve. Ew. Thank you - I aimed to draw what was happening clearly. :]
Lilac: Thank you! Poor woobly dissolving ninja indeed. Yeah it'll take a bit of work to defuse the situation..
Stig Hemmer: Yep. I haven't raised it before but the intruder in the house isn't the same as the one who attacked Saul previously - this vaguely explains how Saul got away (his one already dissolved)..
Actually I feel a little sorry for these characters, too. Its not their fault they dissolve..
Phillby: Yes, and how conveniently so! :D Thanks for the rating.
Timlight: Thank you. I hope you enjoy the little archive I'm building slowly. I keep trying to develop as I go.

The sound effects look lovely. Uneven and fragile and perfect for that noise. :D
Redemption at 2:29AM, Aug. 6, 2009
I think I can take that as a compliment. :D Thank you.

It's really freaky seeing his hand disintegrate like that. Great effect.
Ryan_Scott at 6:35PM, July 29, 2009
I think that guy learned to wave his fist from my dad! Awesome stuff
Jonko at 6:11PM, July 29, 2009
I'd like to ask the same question. Page looks great. Feel like the sound effects could be bigger though, didn't even notice them till you mentioned!

YEAH for onomatopoeia! Especially the creepy, scrawled out kind!
timlight at 11:31AM, July 29, 2009
wow! i'm gonna read every single page here today ^^
Phillby at 10:58AM, July 29, 2009
That solves the problem of the invisible ninja at least.
Stig Hemmer at 10:22AM, July 29, 2009
Eww. He was dying _that_ quickly?!? I can't help feeling sorry for him.
Lilac at 8:55AM, July 29, 2009
Poor woobly ninja. D: Oh man..how are they going to explain this? Lovely job! :D
n_y_japlander at 8:10AM, July 29, 2009
I would love to be one of the ones not able to see that as well!!! Spectacular page!!! the hand effects fit very well!!!!!
amanda at 7:46AM, July 29, 2009
Aww, that would be so sad to see! Poor creepy time ninja.
Lautaro at 6:32AM, July 29, 2009
the hand-lettered sound effects works well, you should use them more often
