Lilac: I'm glad the dialogue is readable. :) Corbin isn't a character that can keep his temper well but he doesn't mean any harm. Generally. Thank you - costumes aren't my forte so I try to push myself a bit in the 'orange world'.
Doctor Shadow: Thank you! I only get to update once a week so I try to leave a little something-something at the end of most pages. Ideally to give people some impetus to come back. ;)
Phillby: Thanks for the feedback! I was a little dubious about the inverted speech bubble tail initially - I think I'll take N Y Japlander's suggestion and join it up or run it out of frame.
Istaerlus: Cheers, thanks for that. I'll use the suggestions you, Phillby and NY Japlander feedback and try to come up with something that works better. Fantastic - I'll keep that in mind for future dialogue. :]
Amanda: Absolutely. One of these days I think I'll go out and have some holes put through my lobes. Been putting it off for far too long. All in the name of fashion! :) Thanks.
Ludeshka: Thanks for the rating. :)
Slide Studios: Thanks for the rating also.
Ryan Scott! Marmite and cheese indeed! None of the 'vegemight' stuff. ;)
Darkwaterfrey: Thank you!
Jonko: Thank you also - I'm trying to plan the scene a bit better in my sketches and while doing flat-colours to get better contrast in the finished pages. :)
DAJB: Absolutely - hasn't had his afternoon nap yet. ;) Thank you.
Starwolf: Thanks for the rating.
N Y Japlander: Those are some great suggestions - thank you! I plan to try to find the time to play around and redo the page with fixed bubbles sometime this week.
Hugo Maximo: thanks for the rating, Hugo.
awesome page as usual!!!
the one and only thing that bothers me too is the inverted tail on the speech bubble... possibly if making it last in the series or just have the tail run off the frame...
I think the inverted tail on the speach bubble is unnecessary, it's still clear that Queenie is talking even without it. A speach bubble without any tail might have been better.
On a lighter note, I really like the expressions of the characters, especially Corbin.
Lookin' good.
Since you asked the inverted tail on the speach bubble in panel 4 doesn't make sense as it's pointing away from the speaker.
I'm not a fan of inverted speach bubble tails in general though.
I have no suggestions for I think it is lovely the way it is. :D Oh man..that guy looks violent. D: I hope Keri will be okay. ): Lovely outfits, by the way.

I can follow the speech bubbles here without any problems, so the layout seems good to me.

I always wished I could pull off hoop earrings - they always look so classy.
