In case you haven't been reading Blade of Toshubi… Toshubi doesn't like arrows much. Fasa is an advesary that Toshubi has to deal with later on in the story. He almost never misses, and he can have three arrows in the air before the first one hits it's target at fifty yards away! Needless to say, he's dangerous.
