okay, neither voltorb nor electrode can learn lock-on, so it would have to be shock wave (TM34), cos swift isn't until 42 for voltorb or 48 for electrode and another thing, only a complete noob would try and use poison sting on a magnemite, cos you know, the whole poison having no effect on steel-types thing
