#111 - A Long Day
Twin on April 6, 2007
Have I mentioned how much I LOVE reader speculation? You guys (and girls - good to know you're still reading, Aurora!) made me so happy with all those comments yesterday. So much so that I feel the need to adress them! So here we go.
Aurora: As you can see, Bryan just found out now, since Steve told him. Brendan will probably, as you said, find out from the news reports or from May or Fiona.
Kin: Thanks, man! I'll TRY to keep up with it now.
Superpee: Aren't they, though? They make great setpieces for villains to do evil things, too.
((Bet you never thought I'd make you do THAT, huh DC? ^_^ ))
Drazi: Nobody's concealing anything, Drazi. It's just such a long story (well, not really) that that punchline seemed natural.
Vaati: THAT, good wizard, will be answered in a few strips. I was gonna have a split-thing with Bryan's group and Steve's group hitting their action climaxes at the same time…but that seemed to detract from the effect of DC's actions.
TBustah: Well, think about it. Fiona nearly got KILLED there, and Steve only just saved her in time. They would naturally still be a little shell-shocked. Fiona will probably be a little shaken up for a while, that's for sure.
May and Marky are probably just feeling guilty for not being able to do anything.
And no, the NPCs do not know that they are NPCs. Any time a player tells them that, it goes right over their heads.
Enjoy the comic!
(The greyscale will only last a couple of strips, I swear. Just going for effect…though it doesn't seem to have worked as well as I would have liked it to.)

Or maybe, they fall in love and Aaron ends the comic, thus killing them all

Ah Aaron, saving laydeez and beating fate. You're quite a hero!

Maybe it's her "heart's desire" that dies...maybe...
DemonicChocobo at 4:09AM, April 8, 2007
Oh, and yeah, I honestly wasn't expecting DC's actions.

"A saddened future is seen for thee You will obtain your heart's desire, But after...After... Death is all that I see" My theory of this is that her "obtaining her heart's desire" occurred in 109...which means Bryan was wrong. The prophesized death has yet to occur. Another thing...everyone seems to assume the death will be Fiona's. Although this isn't bad of a guess and is probably the most likely, Xatu never specified her death. In fact, it didn't even make it clear that only one person would die. All that we know is that it is death/deaths will bring sadness. Anyways, I agree with Xerosomes. This page does somehow fit perfectly.

Unless she's really a player trapped in the game, forced to act as a prgram because she's done it for so long! O.O Ignore me, this is the sleep talking.

I do think Several drink is not enough...We need Steves Novelty pint cup. ^^ Although...She's a Program, and in the comic He's a 'carbon based life-form'..so technically they can't have a life together. Sorta. XP

Maybe Xatu meant something else.
Xerosomes at 11:32PM, April 6, 2007
Page 111 somehow seems fitting to go back to real life....somehow...

I too like the greyscale.
Kinuchio at 10:21PM, April 6, 2007
Greyscale's cool, dude. Hahahaha, he may need alot more than several.
Donovan at 10:06PM, April 6, 2007
No, she hasn't achieved her heart's desire, Steve never said he loved her before she was pushed. So, her fate is still in the future. ^_^

FURST CAMINT!1 Also, I like the greyscale. And I doubt that Aaron/Steve is out of the fire just yet...
