Land Shark

Back when I was in college Chevy Chase,Gilda Radner and John Beluchie were some of the head liners on “Saturday Night Live”. If that don't date me nothing will.One of the recurring sketchs was Land Shark. Some one would be in a room there would be a knock on the door accompanied by chello music and a voice would say “Land Shark” and the character would open the door and be eaten by a Land Shark. It was halarious even if my long description is not.Every one in the school was knocking on doors and saying “Land Shark” to the point of bordom. Here is my take on it oh so long ago.

I'm from the wrong continent and a little too young to have experienced land shark jokes, but if I had, when it got a little tiresome I like to think I would have started responding with, "The Land Shark is no match for the TYRANOSAUR! RROOAARR!!" XD

Not only am I old enough to remember the land shark, I also remember that he would say "candygram." Trivia time. Who was the uest host of the very first SNL episode? Answer: George Carlin, back when he had long hair.
