Honouring the flag

During the soccer events the Dutch are called the “Orange legion” for the Obvious reasons. ;) The colour Orange comes from our Royal family name: Van Oranje-Nassau. Oranje=Orange hence the colour to honour our nations sport events.
The colour of our flag is Red-White-Blue.
