Ah, so the festival's giving me like a kind of World's Fair type vibe. The amount of really fine line hatching on this page gives it a nice engraving look.

Haha, my poor pens hate night time scenes SO much. :D Thank you, though! It's sorta funny that I originally chose to make this comic black and white because I thought it would save time, but then I go and do stuff like this. The World's Fair comparison is actually pretty apt in some ways now that you mention it. It's not as organized, but beyond that there's definitely a lot of similarities (and I think that's what I was subconsciously pulling from).
