I hesitate to put actual numbers on it, because it can vary so much by culture and time period and...well...species I suppose, but he's meant to be at that stage where he is basically an adult, but not quite there yet. It would probably be the equivalent of 16 or 17 for us. Of course, it's admittedly muddied a bit because Rasque's upbringing has affected him as much as Dirj's did. He's read and studied a lot so he's knowledgeable, but he's been kept very sheltered by some understandably paranoid parents so he's very naive about a lot of the world and tends to defer to his authority figures.
