This is a workup for a painting. I'm also considering it for a T-shirt design, with a suitably anti-pumpkin slogan scribbled somewhere, perhaps in a thought balloon.

DREEEEEAAAAAAD NAAAUUUUGHT!!! I can't wait to see it! It looks so flippin' aweXome!!! And I only wear snooty band T Shirts. Now that the Decenberists and OK GO are making it big, I have two fewer shirts that I can look cool and pretentious in.

I think it would make an *awsome* t-shirt! I love the Eggplant King!! I really like the colours as well, the purples fading into the greenish blacks. But then, I'm just wierd. ;)

That rocks, but I think it's a little detailed to go on a shirt. It really depends who's printing it and if the print quality is high enough to pick up all the subtle changes in colour.

To be honest, it wouldn't really make THAT great of a t-shirt. However it would be a kickass poster design or even a dish for like Halloween. i do like the fact that it's an eggplant instead of a pumpkin
