Behind the Secret Door:

This was originally to be the beginning of a B story with Oscar and Abigail, but I decided to keep this one all about TK's story. That B story will show up in a later issue.

I don't thinka short story, or novel, or a screenplay, or teleplay…NOTHING except a comic, would allow the use of the word “nogoodnik”.

It just wouldn'twork in any other medium.

So thanks heavens for comics!

heh, its atleast as old as the mid 1800's when the golden age of vaudville was beginning and the humor set the base for a large amount of todays comedy, eventually evolving into acts like the stooges, the marx brothers in the live action department. meanwhile in comics, the humor made its way into cartoons like popeye, mut and jeff, and the katzenjamer kids. when cartoons actully came around, since they were little more more than glorified comic strips, they continues the tradition
