Techno Tower's radar is mega-terrific! ^^ It detected the exact whereabouts of Pulsar, Essence, and Rocky. But why can't the radar detect the location of Boom & Zenith (2 missing O-Ks member…hmmm)?

Page 1 - Techno City was under surveillance by Commander Green
Page 2 - Green arrived at the Techno Tower
Page 3 - Techno Tower's AI Director checked Green's ID
Page 4 - Vibes updated Green on Techno City's condition
Page 5 - Green confirmed Techno City's ghost town situation. Vibes said that Technizens must not be scared so he'd summon the Other-Kinds ^^
Page 6 - The Other-Kinds Membership Database was reviewed by the Director
Page 7 - Locations of active Other-Kinds (O-Ks) are now confirmed
So far that's the flow of V&TO-K Episode1 . Anyways, thanks for all your positive comments.
