When Will, Element, and Green wanted to check the source of the citywide blackout, they went to the Power Dome and found that the Power Crystal's gone.

The Power Crystal is supposed to be positioned inside the Power Dome which is located at the back of Techno Tower. It's the source of Techno City's nonstop light.
RIX, the Energorran leader, took the Crystal from its place causing an unusual power cut. He replaced the crystal with a buzzer that would send a message to the Other-Kinds which, in due course, would launch them to their next mission (Episode 2).
