I like the perspective in the first panel, with the chandelier and all. I wonder who's in that picture on the wall? Looks like someone carrying a baby to me, but maybe my eyes are just playing tricks on me. I like those doors ... they're pretty. Sachi seems to have a pretty odd relationship with her family. They value her education, but not enough to pay for it ... even though judging by their house they're pretty rich, plus they've got this whole company thing. At the same time, her mom doesn't want her to leave for boarding school ... because she's being overprotective(?)

lol Well, it is supposed to be a serious comic, after all! Don't worry, things will be looking up for Sachi soon. This stuff is just necessary to set up the story. Oh, and Sachi is Japanese.
