If you don't get it, the first three panels show the chaos that's created if Dodger gets inspired by games. In the fourth panel, we see him buying a new game, excuse me, TRYING to buy a new game. Take a look at the game's subtitle and you'll know why he shouldn't ever play it.

I still like this comic's art and joke. Took me quite an awful lot of time though, to be honest. Especially the SWAT team in the final panel.
