Story 1, Pages 1-4

Hey. I'm posting the original Witchthorn daily strips now. These were done in 2004 and, as you can see, were done with more heart than skill. I'll keep posting these three times per week or so while the new writer I'm working with can come up with a continuation of the current story.
The story is kind of enjoyable, but don't hold the art and/or writing against me LOL. I didn't know how to use the scanner properly, and I used pre-made speech balloons (courtesy of Blambot.com) because I didn't know how to roll my own. So sometimes the dialog is truncated, or just plain silly, because I couldn't fit what I wanted to say into the balloons. Seriously.
Ahhh, youth.

You guys are too much. But thanks. You'll have to slog through about 10 pages (40 daily strips) of slop before it begins to get presentable.

BANANAS!!!!!!! I echo the sentiments from the creator of The Electric Owl! This is truly a delight - John looks so young back then!

Cool! It's like Siegel and Shuster piecing together their Superman strips into book format for Action#1. Enjoying the read. -L.
