Andreas isn’t happy with Fotis being there for the people’s court and subsequent sentencing, apparently. But the generals think he’s earned the right to be there, apparently.
Or is it a lesson they want to make out of this all?
I hope you had a great Easter! Orthodox Easter was yesterday, in case you’re wondering! Next update will be on Monday, May 4! But if you’re my patron you can see it right now! It’s going to be a two-page update!
Oh man, Andreas is right, but I can also see why Fotis would argue that the "Seeing things kids shouldn't ever see" ship has already sailed for him. What a mess.
Ironically it is a very kid thing to say, because he has no idea what he's in for, and no way to conceive (yet) that there are things he hasn't seen and can't quite imagine.
Dark. A very dark event for the poor fellow. An execution is totally different from other kinds of death... At least he's seeing it for the right reasons though, not like those poor deluded losers who think an execution is some sort of entertainment. It reminds me of when Sadam Hussain was executed and we had losers on the forum think it was funny to post links to videos of it. That earned them a ban from the site for a while. And I was seriously considering a permanent ban for that.
Nope. I wouldn't want to see an execution. But, hey, they used to be the pinnacle of public entertainment. Gather the family in the town square! Don't forget to take home a souvenir.
Tbh, there may be something needed for closure, to see that someone is truly dead and over so your mind doesn't entertain nightmares later that they somehow didn't die.
There are several anecdotes about what happened to traitors in Greece, so definitely there are shares. Somehow, there was never a shortage of them regardless.

Exactly!

Oh man really? I am glad I didn't see any of that. You were absolutely right to ban them for it. Making an execution into entertainment is barbaric.

I think in his case, he's looking for some vicarious revenge.

It'll be interesting to see his reaction :-o

Indeed so!

It could mean more if Fotis is commanded to share what he sees. Examples can be very powerful but only if shared.

Precisely. "This is what happens to traitors."
Tantz_Aerine at 5:07AM, April 20, 2020
You mean to tell others what he sees?
