We've been running since October 10th on Comic Fury and DeviantArt, but only now - the early morning hours of July 24th - are things going up on Drunk Duck. I'll be including both my comments and those of the artist, Adam Cowie, and I'll be updating this in the future alongside those other two sources. I hope everyone enjoys. I will upload Wright as Rayne through the night and the sister story, The Black Princess, will come in the next couple of days. Martin's Comments A couple of new characters introduced here, though neither gets enough exposure just yet to rush them to the cast page right this instant. I'll probably add them after the halfway point of the chapter (well, it's actually a little less than half, but close). In either case, not a lot to say about this one. Is worth noting it was Adam's idea to make Sarabeth look muscular. And also to do with Sarabeth, this chapter stretches across two days; the signature outfits as it were for a lot of characters (though they will change regularly) were used for the second day rather than this first one. Adam's Comments As you can see from her looking so sleepy and still wearing the same clothes she had in the prolouge, Sarabeth as been up all night. Martin's idea, made this page a bit funner to draw. The artwork is just terrible here though. I had already been drawing Sarabeth as pretty muscular, but Martin only realized it here because I went way overboard with that. Well, honestly I'd only drawn her like twice before this.I was still getting back into drawing so this one came out really shakey. The details on that cereal box (added in later by Martin, incidently), are actually the best thing about this page to me. Sad thing is that the next one is even worse. They get better after that, though. Rather quickly if I do say so myself. If you're curious, incidently, as to why I chose to make Sarabeth look like a steroid user, design-wise she looked very similar to another character of Martin's, and this was my way of getting her distinct-looking. Turned out it was overkill, though. Her lady-pecs get toned down over the next few pages.
