Criterion vs. The Uniform

Back again after a long hiatus (because I've got like ten other comics I'm trying to do simultaneously!)
One has to wonder the lengths the modern hero has to go to when he doesn't have a Cave, his own office in the heart of the city or doesn't get an instant costume change when shouting “SHAZAM”, or whatever.
Peter Parker can relate, but how many other heroes do you know that have to change on the fly in an alley, on a rooftop or in a phone booth (if those things even exist anymore) when an emergency pops up?!
