Really, it depends on your class where you should train.
Magicians, if built correctly, cannot take many hits in the Ant Tunnel without dying, and they need to be on level with most monsters to hit them: Magic Claw. Its best to stay in the first area of Ant Tunnel if you do decide to go in.
Warriors can pretty much flog everywhere on Victoria by level 25 with their HP. Power Strike everything, alternatively, head to Ellina's tree hunting grounds and mass hunt Horny Mushrooms.
Archers, pretty much similar to Magicians though more durable. Curse Eye Cave is a pretty good way to go.
Thiefs can adapt to most areas, and with proper funding have the potions to back up their speed and health. Due to their fast attack speed, they can usually solo or at least get the finishing blow on the King Slime in Kerning PQ.
Kerning PQ is brilliant experiance. Form a party and own the first level, Ligators give some decent experiance. KPQ is also the easiest way to get a Bamboo Hat, as well as some earrings and of course scrolls.
Forming a party is always better than training alone. You still get all the experiance if a party member kills your monster plus bonus experiance for a party kill.
Whoops... kind of got carried away... ^^'
Remember once you hit level 30 do not use skill points in your first job for any reason if you messed up and needed a certain level on stat use some ap reset items or just start over. Never go back to older levels with your newer level points.
