Modern Morality with Bill and Phil

This creation was originally produced for a punk rock friend back in highshool, and eventually took on a life of it's own. The style isn't as much an homage as it is a parody to the art of Pablo Picasso, as I've never really understood his later works. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do creating it!
