Just for one image, a colourist is needed. The image has been drawn. The potential for a project lies in the results of the colouring.

I know it's too little, but then the artist can draw and embellish it as he/she sees fit.

allso it might bve a help if we knew other things like hair color and skin tone clothing were not mid readers

The guy on the left can have half black, half grey hair. The other person is blond, with brown streaks. As for their clothes, do whatever you feel appropriate, though some logo on their shirts would be nice.
