Welcome! Well, if I might get into this debate that you inadvertently started by being from Canada, I must say that Vermont makes the best damn maple syrup you can buy! Canadian maple syrup is good, no denying, but Vermont might as well own the patent on true maple syrup.

At least, in one humble Vermonter's opinion. 8D

Best maple syrup I has was from Jasper, but that was a long time ago…
