Well, I need some help with HTML for my FF comic. I have all the backgrounds, banners, and buttons made, but I have no idea where to begin assembling it all. I would also like a few extra HTML pages, such as a characters page and buttons to link to forums.

Anyone that could help out would be most appreciated. In return for helping me out with this, maybe I could advertise your own comic or give it my endorsement or somthing :)

There is a lovely tutorial for using HTML here. I used it for my own comic. It might not have all you need, but it is a good start.

It isn't too hard to learn, but it is a matter of trial and error.
