Im a political activist for my day job. I have a pretty cartoony style, and enjoy being invovled in ALL of the process for comics.

My comic is http://www.drunkduck.com/Good_Knight_Bad_Knight/

Found this site while spinning around platinums main site. Being thinking aobut getting into webomics for a while, and this seems like a pretty cool little community. Hello everyone, hopefully you'll see me commenting on your comics soon. The main other way you might know me is if you play l5r. :P

Welcome Matt…Political activist, huh? Pretty interesting…IT IS a pretty cool little community! Glad you finally decided to “get into” webcomics, it's fun and more than a little slightly addicting.

It's a non-partisan grassroots orginization. Most of the issues we work on are consumer advocte oriented, but we also work on enviromental issues and health care for seniors and disabled. In most cases what we do is challenge the three largest lobbying industries in our state (indiana) and keep them honest :P

Only “day job” Ive ever had that i dont mind when it cuts into my comic/book creation time :)

That's awesome man, I lobbied on behalf of Texas Teachers a few years ago in Austin, back when I cared…It takes a special kind of person to do that kind of job, and I just ain't that special…Kudos to you, though…Honesty is rare in that line of work.

Thanks for the kind words, bliss.

And yeah, I prefer the enviromental topics. We take a more common sense approach to dealing with specific corporations, using more public pressure and PR then legislation in those campagins, and it has good results. We have 23 sister orginizations spread out across the US, and i just got back from 3 weeks of trainng in a much more enviromental orgnization, it was a lot of fun.

I had to leave this because …man I used to work with you in Indianapolis, you are not a “Political Activist” , you were a paper pusher newbie, and not even a good one at that. Why are you trying to go on websites and lie about what you do? How pathetic! tell the truth all you did was “assist” people with their job, you weren't even an assistant you were a “gopher” Go for this, go for that! LMAO!

Man, that is some vendetta - you had to join just so you could yell at some guy no one has even SEEN since September…and stop necroposting!

*waves fists in the air*

Not trying to be rude, but you have nothing to do with this Amanda. Believe me this guy is a sick dude and a real liar. i just happened to find him on her via a friend of mine who told me he was on here AFTER I told him I joined last night. I'm not a mean guy, but you really don't know this crazy dude, and believe me you would thank God you never had to if you did.

Umm…
This guy hasn't been on this site since september…
So yelling at him on a forum that is almost a year old will do…what, exactly?
I sense a lock.

(Please?)
I'm not really around much anymore, but here's my Tumblr, Twitter, and Deviantart. Also if you remember me from back when I was around, I'm sorry.

How do I know your ‘Matt Orwig’? For all I know, you could be his evil twin brother who stole is identity, and is pretending to be Matt Orwig. <_<

Hoosier, I don't really care if I have “nothing to do with this”.
The guy hasn't been here since September, and if he was, then you should've just private messaged him.
So…my suggestion is stop chewing out a guy who'll probably never read this anyway…and while you're at it, read the rules.
