I'm currently working on two webcomics that I would love to see with their own little websites. I'm very serious about these projects so I'm willing to trade skills. I'm a pretty decent illustrator.
check out my stuff..

and ofcourse I've got some comics on DD too…
look up the links yourself Lazy Ass. Click on my Avatar.
Anyway I'll illustrate whatever you want if you Pimp My Page.

I want to trade skills with someone who can script webpages.

Well for starters I just want to be able to customise my DD pages.
So I can put in my own buttons for Start, Previous, Next, Current.
A background image
and a banner link from one comic to another.

I use a background image, buttons, etc. in my personal template. I'm a little busy to help personally or in depth (and don't need any shiny rewards/trades), but I've posted my template here. You (and/or whoever helps you out) are free to use it as a starting point if you want.
Best of luck transforming your space!

I figured out how to change the buttons on my page. I made my buttons look crummy to fit with the theme of my page. All you've gotta do is upload the image to your files on DD, then go into the html of the buttons. Wherever your previous, next, first buttons are they have a tag, replace that with the url from your own buttons.
As for the background image, I've always had trouble getting it to look right for me. I have this site:
http://www.webmonkey.com/reference/html_cheatsheet/
In my bookmarks for html stuff if I don't know something, it should have the background tag in there.
Hope that helps.
