So I joined about a month ago all psuedo-stealthy like and never properly… did… this? So I'm introducing myself now. Yeah.

I'm and Anthropology student in university now, so that means that I'll now a whole lot of crazy shit but I'll never make any money. For instance: The Nuer, an African tribe in Sudan, brush their teeth with the ash left over from their nightly dung fires. Quaint!
I've been making some cheap little web comics for I guess 4 years now? Those comics are dead to me. Never mention them again. *awkward, buldge-y eyed stare* That said. I'm 20 and recovering from 6 years of using mIRC near-daily. Since I can't think of anything else interesting besides this last fact, I'll leave a small number of you bedazzled and amused.

I was once nearly killed by a flying blueberry bagel.

If you have any questions (unless they concern older webcomics), feel free to ask.

Welcome! Have some fun, keep away from the cola, and avoid the lunatics (well except for me of course).

I feel your pain; after my bagel encounter I still run screaming from the things if placed in close proximity to me.

Knowing a bunch of really wonderful, obscure things is way better than money.
You and your interesting facts are very welcome indeed.

Interesting. Does it actually work for them or is a placebo effect?

“You tell yourself to just
enjoy the process,” he added. “That whether you succeed or fail, win or
lose, it will be fine. You pretend to be Zen. You adopt detachment, and
ironic humor, while secretly praying for a miracle.”

Dare I ask what happened, Steely Gaze? Or rather… are you ready to discuss it?

Cola, Dark Clown? Oh. I'm from Texas so it's all just “coke” to me. ;D

It does work very well, or rather, it did work well. With the wide spread introduction to corn agriculture (corn being incrediblly sugary) their dental quality has taken a sudden and dramatic nose dive. One can assume thats why the archaeological record concerning the Native American dental records (haha… no, like their skulls.) takes the same kind of decline with the onset of argiculture. Actually, agriculture in many body-health sense kinda sucked for human beings.. but thats another story.

Yay! Free t-shirts?

Useless facts are marvellous and wonderful. Who needs money when you know what year an obscure artist died, or how many cockroaches it would take to move a steam train?

Welcome to forums, stay out of the corn field, don't drink the cola.

Hey buddy, you should be a Russian Cosmonaut, and here's why.

I'll tell, but only if you're starting a support group.

Hi. I'm a student as well, except the only little useless bits of trivia I'm learning will actually prove useful in applying for citizenship (though, considering that I might be enrolled into the army if I do so, maybe it might be a good idea to wait it out for a few more years).

Bagel Vioence Awareness Group (BVAG), eh? Interesting. Does this mean you'll sue the Bagel manufacturers for physical harm, or just try to recover from Bagel violence caused in a Bagel's drunken stupor?

I'm from Texas, too! Everything is “coke.” If it's not coke, it's tea.
