The only thing I can say that is important prop wise is that, sometimes strands of “psychokinetic” energy flow away from Psycho's hands and the circle on his forhead after use. Heres an example of his powers characteristics on this comic page.

Notes on Proxy's power:

Proxy can only mimic another persons form and abilities by coming in direct skin contact with that individual. The person being “proxied” suffers no ill effects, aside from a mild sensation as they are being structurally “decoded”.

Although she is able to mimic traits such as hair, eye and skin color, she CANNOT alter the color of her clothing. So when she morphs the fabric of her clothing to mimic a particular hero's costume, it will always retain a purple/grey/black/white color scheme.

The duration of her “proxies” depends on how different structurally the proxy is from her own (original) form. For example, she can mimic a female who is of a similar height and build, for up to an hour. But to mimic a male who is 6'2“ and weighs 250lbs, is a form she can only hold for about 30 mins.

Once she has ”encoded" an individuals structure she can assume this form again at any point in the future. However, she will NOT have retained any of that individuals abilities.That would require a second direct contact.

Other Limitations:
Proxy can only mimic abilities that are inherent to the individual. Any powers or abilities derived from armor, cybernetic implants, technology, etc.. are not mimicked. Her power does not work on animals or plant-life. It is also unknown if it will work on an individual of extra terrestrial origin.

That was mostly a reminder for myself, since I need to design some uniforms for the HU cadets, and I thought I'd probably redesign the Commander a bit to fit in with them.

Concerning Titan, I think we can get a good idea from your Salvation pages, but if you happen to have some designs to post that wouldn't be too bad either.

My character (re-)designs for Blue Beacon and Motherboard:



Blue Beacon INFO:
When reading the original proposal for the character my idea was to stress the pulp hero/adventurous angle, so in the end I went for a mix between retro superhero and adventurer outfit. I envision himself toying a bit with his image, as in BlueBeacon's original description he is said to have been a cargo pilot, which is not quite as adventurous as, say, being a military pilot. Although I always have to think of Tale Spin when reading “cargo pilot”… :P
Anyway, here's the idea I have of his backstory (the origin sticking to what BlueBeacon wrote, the latter part by myself):
Blue Beacon was a cargo pilot crashlanding in the Appalachians, nursed back to health by Buddhist monks; and after he'd proven himself worthy he was equipped with a blue lamp that gave him the power to create hard-light constructs by sheer force of will and do all sorts of superhero-y things. He went on to join Heroes Unite, but somewhere along the way he realized he wasn't quite able to live up to his ideals and remembered the monastery. So he called it quits and went back there to make up his mind… although eventually being re-recruited in HU:EGO may be what he was waiting for subconsciously.

Motherboard INFO:
Small-time hacker Maria Magdalena Fierro came into contact with a symbiote that stuck to her body and gave her cybernetic powers. In my design the symbiote resembles a skintight bodysight which covers her body completely; she's all metallic (artists: please note the shiny reflections/highlights) except for her piercing green eyes. When designing her appearance I thought of Salma Hayek (so her height/physique should be similar… she's pretty small :P)… probably due to my thinking of Salma Hayek whenever I try to design a Southern American female :P
My idea is that beneath the surface the symbiote is reshaping her body more and more, she's continually becoming less human and more cybernetic/robotic.

Hero's original description of Motherboard:
"Initially Motheboard was Maria Magdalena Fierro- a small time hacker and industrial spy going by the alias “Mama”- but she was targeted by and attached to a liquid metal symbyote that escaped from military development that requires the bio-electricity from humans to survive. The symbiote gives her super strength, durability and the ability to command machines to do her bidding. Unfortunately the symbiote hates water and has a megalomaniacal personality, wanting to eradicate human civilization for making machines subservient. Maria Magdalena can convince it that it needs to help her steal money for food, shelter and whatnot to survive and that her enemies are threats to her continued production of bio-electricity, keeping it busy on small crimes so it doesn't try and take over earth."

I like the look and everything but where is the glove I had him wear?

I barely changed Qsama's original design for the HU commander, just refined it a tiny bit and based the HU uniforms on this design. The character designs for the two cadets is very simple, it's just to have coherence between different artists (same goes for the oxygen masks and communicators).
The fact that the monitor guy #2 is missing a hand just shows how quickly I drew these - of course he needs that second hand for typing and stuff! :D
And please note that if Motherboard's height/physique resembles that of Salma Hayek, the HU commander should be a head taller (probably like, uh, Angelina Jolie would be to Salma Hayek :P) and Bombshell's even another bit taller (Is Jennifer Connelly taller than Angelina Jolie? :D).

Concerning the use of oxygen masks: I know that Comet Kid, Relik, Nebulon and Proxy (using Nebulon's powers) don't need one. I imagine Blue Beacon could create one for himself (-> hard-light construct).

The most important thing to remember with Titan is that her skins is green.

Qsama: Thanks! The sleeveless thing… well, I wasn't quite sure about that myself, but I didn't want to just give him a jacket, but something that looks more superhero-y… plus, it enriches the color scheme I think.

AzuJOD: I'd sure like to draw pretty much every character involved, at this point it's more a matter of time. Let's see if I'll get around to it.

(1) I forgot to color the buttons on General Lohman's jacket. They're yellow… duh.
(2) On the EGO sheet the sketch at the left bottom shows the rear view.
(3) The U.N.C.A. S.A.M. sheet doesn't show his missiles… the idea is that they're stored pretty much everywhere on his “body”. Just use your imagination.

What powers do Tech and Daisen have?

Dasien is basically a power character. She can lift the weight equivalent of a dump truck. She's impervious to minor cuts and scrapes, and if she's cut, she heals very rapidly, like within ten minutes. Just imagine Kaitlin Fairchild from Gen 13 but more playful.

Her powers come from viral vectors that inserted enhanced DNA into her body, giving her such strength. She has some power enhancements in Crossoverlord, but just ignore those. For now, she's basically a brute in dainty proportions.
