We didn't like this comic much, but it seems to have a following, so come on here and argue your case for it, Mag_Isa fans!

It just felt too much like a lecture, and getting lectured is no fun.

Also, I got no sense of where the plot was going or any real direction to the story.

I just couldn't find the appeal.

The plot is going somewhere.

hints:
- Problem-Reaction-Solution
- Compartmentalization

I just couldn't find the appeal.

I don't know either what makes my comic appeal.

All I know, that aside from the regular readers of my comic, the following people like it:
- my 14 year old brother. He told me its better than all the “junk” he sees in the cartoons on TV.
- my coworkers.
- some of my friends.

And I don't even know what is it in my comic that catapulted it to 3rd place overall in drunkduck at one point.

I love how Kyupol is so terse in defending his own comic to criticism. I came into this thread expecting to read walls of manifesto text.

It's like Kyupol is saying "I CBA'ed to answer you, plebs. I'm busy admiring my comic in the Top 10." LOL.

haha it's like that scene from the flaming moe episode of the simpsons, with homer screaming “YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!” and moe is drowning in drink orders from other customers.

“Homer, what? You're gonna have to speak up!”

“I SAID YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!”

“What? I'm sorry, I can't hear you!”
you know why birds don't write their memoirs? because birds don't lead epic lives, that's why. who'd want to read what a bird does? nobody. that's who.
