In order to run HA more efficiently, I need someone to help with day-to-day organizational duties. (I'm going to start a new job this Tuesday, so I can't be around every day as I used to.)
Basically, we need someone who can make sure that pages are there when they need to be,
who can reassign them when they aren't,
who can reach out to writers and artists on the web and expand HA's roster of contributors,
who can organize artistic references whenever needed,
and who can reliably and quickly get back to anyone who posts a query on the forums.
Some of these tasks may require judgment calls; and while I'll always be available whenever needed, this person should be able to make some of these calls themselves (e.g. figuring out which artist would be best suited for a given page).
You'd get an “editor” credit on our individual chapter releases, online as well as in print.
