Unless I already had a bionic hand for some reason, I wouldn't, and I don't plan to get one as things stand. If I did however I'd want tools to field repair any bionics I have, first aid tools and a small self-defense tool would be good too.

As a comic artist why not a precision interface with the digital medium of your choice? Bring up your art anywhere and work on it. It could be a head up display that appears in your eye and your built in hand sensor accesses it.
A built in keyboard for those of us too old fashioned for dictation. (Or if we don't want to be overheard)

All the neat stuff in the typical leatherman hand tool built into the fingers? Or at least a flashlight and screwdriver. Lock pick tools?
