heres the rub. space and time have usually only a handshake agreement. roghly ghostrunner was pulled outside time and space, but while he was there his perceved time elapsed to the tune of 15 minutes to half an hour. so eliziabeth has one of two choices, place him back at the same point and time and have his sytem actually be that span of time off. think about jetlag, so she moves him in time but not space. during that 15 minutes the earth has moved, the sun has moved and the galaxy has moved. everything has moved but him. but she could use his personal time clock as a fix to drop him there. thus robbing peter to pay paul so even cosmicly speaking, when you rob peter to pay paul, paul will always help XD
