theres a lot of weird concepts to work out when you sit down and try to make sense out of what your seeing in the feild. i doubt we'll ever figure out the whole truth, though

kinda, blknight, kinda. its dificult to summarize. let me give it a shot. ghosts, in theory, spend most of thier time in a low energy "sandwich" space just outside space time. they not only are bound by the whole reason they died, which makes them highly less likely to realize time is passing- they also never interact enough to realize what year it is. so the longer theve been dead, the less they realize time runs Nora on the other hand has been stuck in real time since she and ghostrunner met so she has recognized that time passed. she might not age but her mental age has increased
