an excellent point hkmaley, :) it does make me wonder how many times an artifically created life form has to spawn before its technically considered a real life form. ghost's people were created to create themselves. they do it by a new twist on the old standard. they swap nElings. information is encoded from two seperate sets of experiences and a comprimise is worked out with the best survival traits. these form a brand new set of nEling avatars and because it is so new, all previous information is buried much the same as defunct dna. even usless junk might become useful later on. these avatars are jetisoned from the parent with a core black hole and a shell. they are also likely to implode. :) this is also another reason the hybridization process is so dangerous. so basing it on that, should he be clasified as a artifiacial life form or a real one?
