What happens when some small-town kids in the 50s go see a movie about monsters on Mars? Well, they run into an atomic monster on the drive home, of course. But… is he really a monster??? The art quite obviously has an Archie influence, which gives the whole thing rather a rather nostalgic and innocent feel- which in no way is a bad thing! The comic itself is rather corny, B-movie fare, which is fun and entertaining. The Unthinkable Hybrid should appeal to just about everyone- either for the classic comics vibe, cheesy 50's plot, Nazi scientist bad guy, or Betty Jo's sweater kittens!
