09: pink lights are a little much

heya… long time no post. in my now extensive leave from drunkduck, i have managed to finish my novel (and by finished, i mean, it is all written down, in pure unedited goodness. editing is for pansies… and… i'm getting to it.) now of course, that leaves to question, “What now?”. and to tell the truth, i have no clue. to me, writing the novel is much easier than writing a proposal to try and convince someone that they should work to publish it.
in the mean time, while i continue editing, and go back to the wonderful world of pizza-smithing, i figure i should start work the comics again. i'm not going to try and set an update schedule just yet. but this one's getting updated today, and eliada should be updated within the week. and since it's only monday, surely that is a feasible goal for my procrastinating fingers.
at any rate, this page. played with the lighting in this one forever. not quite what i wanted, but, hey, can always try again - on the next page.
thanks for reading.

Love the lighting, such a nice effect!

The pink feels very warm, and the blue gives that overall aura of night. Seems like our lady is a bit of a loner. . . I agree with her quite a bit, though - for the amount of money most people spend on alcohol I could buy a lot of chocolate and paperback novels. Priorities. Congratulations on finishing the novel! Good luck getting it published! I wish you had a "add to DD favorites" link on this page. . .

Oooo, pretty purples.... *pets* I think the coloring is beautimous. Your ability to retain shape with monochrome is amazing- and I can ~feel~ the weight of the air just with one look. Bravo! Be sure to tell when your book is published. I'm as curious as a cat!
