how about making it YOURSELF? I mean smh, I may not be a good artist but at least I can make my OWN stuff. And like kevin said-- WAAAAAAAAY overdone.

Okay: Why in God's name is everything so f'in dark? O_o Are you using those black raped Serebii sprites? Don't. Go to a place that actually has usable sprites, like tSR. Second: Your textboxes need to have white filled inside them, behind the text. And also, your tails need to be triangles, not lines. Don't use starters, too many people don't. It's been done to death, think up something original for once, kthx D: Don't make paint brush effects, plz? Use a sprite effect sheet at the aforementioned site of tSR. And last but not least: Only save as a PNG.
