lan had a fit over some one calling little Jack a 1/2 breed. its a touch subject with him.. and he is not overly proud of his nonhuman Heritage.. its a sorce of pain and humiliation to him and of fun for briggy..

Sounds a bit like why puppies and kittens are cute. So you don't kill them before they get obnoxious and can defend themselves. - (the same can be said about kids, too!)
