Personally, not one for excuses, explanations yes, but excuses? Nope, never had saw the reason for them (same with 'promises', you do what you can but promises can be broken far to easily, and usually there is nothing you can do about it, but the one who forced you to make the promise never understands) Love the reactions in the last panel from Sarah and Geral (is it ok to use that? find it's cuter than than 'Gerry' and 'Gerald' for a girl is just insulting, no offense to any guys named Gerald)

It's good to see Janey coming back to Sarah. Kids can be the cruelest of all people, especially when it comes to thier classmates. Love that shot of the three of them sitting on the bench together, it really gives a sence of thier different personalities through thier stances. Awesome page!
