It feels really nice to bring Janey back into the picture again after so long. These were the two characters I started out with 10 years ago and whenever I bring the pair of them back again I feel a sense of warmth inside knowing they are just together. As a writer there is always that pleasure in indulging your fantasies and I guess for too long now I've been looking forward to playing with these two again in the same way I did in chapter one except of course events have changed them both now so the game of emotions has become a much different one.

Problem is, any treasure (like gold coins) you find, belongs to the Government. You might get _something_, a like a letter and 1% of the value of the coin, hardly worth the time and effort, not to mention costs

The simpler drawing, the pastel colors, I'm wondering what the retro style here is about. I'm hoping that our girls don't think they can just turn the clock back on their reltionship, because that won't work. Sarah's grown up a lot as no doubt has Janey.

Hi Fred, the lighter colors were all me. I was trying to continue with the colors I did from when Janey rang the doorbell back on page 100. I do have a new computer tho and the colors do look different on this monitor.

Yeah, they can't turn the clock back, butt that doesn't mean they can't still move forward, together, end up raising heck in an assisted living facility together :D

DV: She does sound a trifle niggled doesn't she. I think Nikki must feel a trifle disappointed to see Janey back she always steals Sarah's attention and she's also very good at leading Sarah astray!

Bear: We have been a little late updating the last two weeks and it's normally down to me as I nearly always make a mistake in the artwork that needs correcting and the thought of having to work on a page I considered to be finished is always a chore
