Soooo… Janey's cheating a few years back has still left it's mark on Sarah and it's coming back on her too now as events unfold.

We've had a lot of sunshine here this week so it's been nice to sit out and get a bit of sunshine. Because I never feel comfortable enough to draw in a deckchair or a swing seat Tara Westover's wonderful, true story ‘Educated’ has been my companion in the garden this week. One of those books that you feel sorry to have reached the end.

Next week: Sarah discovers why Janey has been so reluctant to talk about her split with Kirsty.

Little quiet strip with more being talked about. Interesting. Is Janey checking out the scene and wondering if she & Sarah can get back together - err, I'm guessing yes! (Btw, I Googled 'Educated' and that does like an interesting, and alarming, tale.) Although when Janey used the word "Ugh" my first thought was that a slug had crawled into her boot . . .

Fruitbat: Despite the sideline stories the main focus of this final chapter is all nearly all upon the relationship between Sarah and Janey. The whole chapter will be pretty quiet but things gather momentum towards the end as the three storylines converge. As for Educated, I love reading true life stories and this is the best I've read in a long time. First time in ages I've had a book that I just didn't want to put down. Lovely thing about internet is you can Google her being interviewed about it too.

Nic and Ben: I'm not sure when you guys came in on this comic but way, way back Janey and Sarah first met Nikki when they moved into the flat below and they all soon became firm friends. Despite the split Nikki didn't want to lose either so she kept in touch with both. :)

I feel bad for Sarah... her first love's betrayal, and uncertainty about her present relationship up in her face all at once. All we need now is for Nicky to start hitting on her. Maybe it's time for her to join the VSO.

Er...just being picky - Sarah's face looks great on p1-5, but 'wonky' on p6 The colours are nice and 'solid' on this page ...and the dialog'

Nah, not 'rushed', just a different perspective, have seen it several times before, and personally don't have a problem with it (not saying others do, or that they can't, that's the thing with art: not everyone is going to like the same thing)
