Using photoshop to color and texture scanned line work

A video of me coloring my “for your consideration” page for the 2017 Drunk Duck Awards. The recording is sped up about four times, and the audio is of me describing the techniques I am using, and why. The line work was done in pen and ink on paper, and the coloring was done in Photoshop
