Who's Murdering Miss Scarlet?: Page 25
Ironscarf on Feb. 13, 2020
At last, a new theory begins to unfold. Are we getting any closer to uncovering the mystery of Miss Scarlet? Well, yes!
A tricky layout this - one I usually try to avoid since it can be read in the wrong order. But with the necessity to scroll down, you probably read it in the right order before you had a chance to get it wrong. Failing that, you are all smarter than me anyway, so could I really fail? Certainly not - give yourselves a pat on the back you clever lot!

You're nobody 'til somebody hacks you!
moizmad at 12:36PM, Sept. 14, 2016
That WTF site needs a good hacking!
Ironscarf at 3:29PM, Feb. 19, 2016
Very well thanks old chum! That sounds like a fair character assessment, given what we have to go on so far. Whoever's version of events turns out to be closest to the truth, it's clear that Ms Scarlet kicks ass and I don't mean in the biblical sense!
ayesinback at 11:50AM, Feb. 18, 2016
Well, OK then, I'll comment on the whiskey tango foxtrot: it's obviously a clue to Scarlet's character, a Bourne Scarlet. A toned tude. And hi, I's good. Hope you, too.

@plymayer: Thanks ply'!

@ozoneocean: Thanks ozone'! Drawing ladies for lolly? I can think of worse ways to spend the winter evenings! Let me know if you need me.

Hot poses there!!!!! Looking lovely. I may have to ask you to do a page of Bottomless Waitress, for money :D
Ironscarf at 1:33PM, Feb. 14, 2016
@tupapayon: Thank you tupapayon! Are you familiar with the work of Jean-Luc Godard?
Ironscarf at 1:31PM, Feb. 14, 2016
KimLuster: Many thanks Kim - theories do seem to be getting more elaborate as we go on, but then truth is often stranger than fiction, (even though it's all fiction)!
Ironscarf at 1:15PM, Feb. 14, 2016
@fallopiancrusader: I hope he's right, judging by tupapayon's post above!
Ironscarf at 1:11PM, Feb. 14, 2016
@bravo1102: Surely the highest praise this comic has had! I can promise you some more logical gymnastics too, before this theory is done.
Ironscarf at 1:09PM, Feb. 14, 2016
@Gunwallace: Clearly it helps you to manifest those moments of musical majic!
Ironscarf at 1:07PM, Feb. 14, 2016
@dpat57: Many thanks, that's what I was going for. I've seen some artists use direction arrows on layouts like this (or maybe it's the editors who add them!) but a shoe is always better I think.
Ironscarf at 1:05PM, Feb. 14, 2016
@skreem: Shoe-in, heh! nice touch! Thanks, this flashback orange is turning out to be my favourite and these scenes always have more black areas for some reason.
tupapayon at 12:20PM, Feb. 14, 2016
The layout is perfect IMO... you naturally start on he right big panel, then the lower left, and finally the upper left panel... makes sense...
KimLuster at 9:44AM, Feb. 14, 2016
Stunningly good! Though our sleuths may be reaching haha!
fallopiancrusader at 8:53AM, Feb. 14, 2016
You could also take the approach of Jean-Luc Godard and say that the order of the panels doesn't really matter anyway XD
bravo1102 at 5:25AM, Feb. 14, 2016
So if she's trustworthy and well-toned of course she's into industrial espionage. A jump of logic right out of Sherlock Holmes. "Once you've eliminated all the other possibilities whatever remains no matter how unlikely must be the truth."
Gunwallace at 12:03AM, Feb. 14, 2016
Quackhead? I think I'm one of those.
dpat57 at 9:58PM, Feb. 13, 2016
Very clever layout, her body (and shoe) directs the eye to the third panel. Lovely details.
Froggtreecomics at 6:36PM, Feb. 13, 2016
She is a shoe-in for the 'noisiest cat burglar' award. The orange and black colour scheme is popping especially well this evening.
