Ooh Toshubi's gone cold! With Jessica coming along now, Toshubi's going to need a -lot- of tough jerky. xD If your protagonist pairing is anything like mine, Toshubi will see that Jessica is more capable than he gives her credit for. Even if she has to turn into a were-cow to be so! I like how you incorporated Betsy into the page, just to subtly remind us of where they are and what had happened.
