Crawling Back

Sorry it's a few days late, I was gonna do this one with markers but I dropped my pencil on it by accident and it marred up a part of the page. Also, I was working on 3 other comics at the same time. And a cover. And stuff! Yup. and feeling a bit under the weather too.
I'm glad youse guys liked Lezzaria, Nick is glad too since I asked him to design her for me and I based her on what he came up with. I may scan in her original sketches sometime soon and perhaps if Nick isn't too embarrassed (he is!) the one he drew for me.
I'm eager to get a memory stick for the camera Nick and I purchased a few months ago, I want to take pictures of the pipe-cleaner sculptures I made. I've got a Samrick, Good-side Charby (working on Evil Charby too) and a fan-art one (is secret for now) annnd….I'm working on another one too. Oh, and a Raptor for good measure. why does the color selection for pipecleaners totally suck? (don't get me started on the quality! grar!) I had to special-order peach colored, and they weren't even the color I really wanted, a good light flesh color. I did find some off-white ones a long time ago but I haven't seen hide nor hair of that brand or color in forever. There's like 5 shades of purple, blue and brown, but no mint green (except for crappy jumbo-loop…worthless except for clown hair or something!) so I can't even make zombies…I guess I'll have to resort to draining my prismacolors on white pipe cleaners. (I'm just sore because there USED to be selection! Now every craft store carries just one brand!) You know what else bothers me? (speaking of crafts and the crappy quality they're going to)that air-dry modeling foam, now that Crayola is the only one that makes it. Yeah, Model Magic? I was so happy when I saw it, I'd previously got some in a figurine-making kit with a set of plastic molds, etcetera, then when I bought this Crayola stuff, it was NOTHING like the old stuff! It was flimsy and breaks too easy. I still have the stuff I made with the ORIGINAL modeling compound, and it's tough as nails. This Crayola brand? Severely disappointing, everything I made with it either crumbled, split in half, or my ferrets destroyed it. Everywhere it's mentioned people seem to love it, because they didn't know what they're missing with the old formula. Like sculpting with marshmallows? Forget that, I want something I spent 3 hours making to actually not break if it accidentally ends up underfoot (or in a ferret's mouth!)
There's just nothing to make good figurines with these days!
