I had this comic all prepared to go up early today, and then I just… forgot.
And yes, I did change the pattern on the carpet after the second panel. I had originally planned for it to be the way it is in the rest of the page, but I wasn't paying much attention and forgot to stop hatching.

Awww that is the cutest zombie dog I've ever seen! Not that I've seen many ;) Nice! I wonder where this is heading! Sorry I didn't stop by earlier, btw, I somehow missed the update.
