Although, Das might have some additional feelings for Mike, but you'd never get her to admit that. And you thought Parker was the only one hiding her feelings. Speaking of whom, Park's not exactly thrilled to see Das gush over Energize.
”As you can see, Das' involvement in the story has reached its zenith, and the real cast will start to shape from here on. It's been a real joy to be a part of all this. We still have a couple pages to go before we jump to the next part of the story, where things actually start getting crazy. And let me tell you, the best is yet to come.
Actually, I believe the point was that they can't. Smiling Man himself couldn't do that. Not even the death avatars can do that, no matter how many times you beat them at Battleship and Twister. His wife is as dead as dead can get.
@al the smiling man may be retired for now, but some villain(s)might bust him loose and make him work for them with the promise of resurrecting his wife. Just saying
nepath is a great artist, only have to go a couple pages back to see that, but his mindmistress needs a little work. she looks skinny to me. everything else looks great, and even managed to sneak the white cat of evil into the page too. tis a spy, i know it!
Fu---well---it WOULD make an interesting crossover. Too bad the SMiling Man's retired---that would give him something to REALLY smile about.

As far as the differences, though, I just chalk it up to individual interpretation.
Fu--I have a lot of respect and love for Bombshell, as shown by my HU story; it's just that if MM has problems with the practicality of DASIEN's outfit, we can imagine how she'd react to Bombshell's---
Still...it might turn out a little differently from the way you might expect. Bombshell is one of the smartest members of HU/HA, one of the best tacticians, and MM would soon recognize that.
For that matter, I'd like to see Shell get involved, since Shell is another member of HU/HA who's a favorite...
But not this trip. We'll save those meetings, if they happen, for another storyline.
@fukujinzuke: I think if Bombshell tagged along poor MM would be having continual coniptions about her costume (or lack thereof!).
