i always figured once they got connected killing each other hurt, prior to that no big deal. i guess with a countless supply of gangers it would be inefficient to go toe to toe with every one that didn't fall inline. i wonder where the gangers are that don't want to follow the president, but are still evil.

Oh, this is great and makes so much sense! In the multitude of worlds, off course there will be "good" Gangers encountered, and since killing one Ganger hurts them all, the best you can do is to put them away the one place they cannot die... well played Killers, well played!
