Hahaha! That last panel cracks me up. The casual toss and “here you go” is awesome. Such an anti-climactic way for Smiley to get that book in his hands.

By the way, it is up to date now. It'll update tomorrow as well. However, whether or not Comic Genesis continues to update depends entirely on whether or not it lets me in. I don't know what to tell ya.

I've had on-and-off problems logging onto Comic Genesis via FTP. If you notice, it kind of goes dormant for a while, and then all the comics will suddenly explode into existence.
It basically times me out while I'm trying to upload an image file, which is very frustrating, because I have to log back in and try again. At one point, I had a work-around, but even that doesn't work all the time.
I might try it this afternoon. I'm going to the library, so maybe it'll work there.
Is there a reason why the comic genesis site isn't updated anymore? I had that one in my favorites and was sad thinking the comic was abandoned... Maybe you could put a note saying "please go to drunkduck" on that one? :)
One thing I really like about this series is the variety of art styles. It's sort of like the original All-Star Comics, which had an opening chapter, then individual chapters in the styles of the characters' main artists, and then an ending chapter...except we're doing this page by page.
A little something for everyone. If you don't care for one art style, just wait. You'll like another.
And I LOVE everybody's expression in the final panel.
Is the Green Avenger STILL under Smiley's control? Or...?
